Acrylic Wall putty is formulated for filling cracks, joints, leveling uneven and rough masonry and plasterwork up to 3-4mm. It is also used for filling defective cement surfaces to give a smooth and excellent finish.

Application Description:

Step 1 : Surface Preparation

New concrete/plaster surface should be allowed to mature properly. Ensure that the surface is clean, dry, free from all loose particles, dust, dirt, greases, wax etc. before application. Prime surface with a coat of Dulux Solvent Bases Cement primer or Dulux Water Based Cement Primer and dry overnight.

Step 2 : Application process

Smoothen the surface by using Dulux Acrylic Wall Putty to fill cracks and dents. Allow drying for 4-6 hours. Sand the surface with Emery paper no. 180. Wipe off loose particles. Apply another coat of primer and allow drying for 4-6 hours. Sand the surface Emery Paper no. 380 and wipe clean. Primer-Putty-Primer is a must to get the desired effect of the topcoat

Step 3 : Drying time
At standard thickness under normal condition, touch dry is within 30 mins and recoating time is 4 hours.
